The SMS program

Hey Babe is a shared household to-do list you use by text message. When you opt in, you will receive recurring text messages from Hey Babe, including replies to your texts, your to-do list, morning and evening reminders of open items, and notices when someone in your household adds or checks off an item, or joins your list.

Message frequency varies with how you and your household use the list (typically a few messages per day). Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to opt in

You opt in by entering your number on our website and checking the consent box, then replying YES to our confirmation text, or by texting the Hey Babe number and replying YES. If someone invites you to their list, you are only added after you reply YES.

How to stop or get help

Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages. You will get one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@turnnet.network.

The Hey Babe app and plans

The Hey Babe app for iPhone and Android is offered with paid plans. One plan covers everyone on your household's list (up to 6 people):

Basic - $4.99/month or $39.99/year: shared list, calendar, and app alerts.
Pro - $7.99/month or $64.99/year: everything in Basic, plus location reminders, store heads-ups, "heading home," choosing a store, repeating items, and photos.
Pro Plus - $10.99/month or $89.99/year: everything in Pro, plus using Hey Babe by text message, with up to 300 texts per month (50 during a free trial). Extra packs of 300 texts are $2.99 and don't expire while you have Pro Plus.

Prices are in US dollars and may vary by country. New subscribers may get a 14-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends, your subscription renews automatically and your Apple ID (or Google account) is charged for the next period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your device's subscription settings; refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. If your plan ends, your list stays saved and viewable, but you can't add or change items until you pick a plan again.

Purchases in the iPhone app are also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

Your list

Everyone in your household can see and change your shared list. Don't put anything on it you don't want them to see. Don't use Hey Babe for emergencies, medical decisions, or anything illegal.

No warranty

Hey Babe is provided as is. We work hard to keep it reliable, but texts can be delayed or lost by carriers, and we can't promise every reminder will arrive. TurnNet Labs LLC is not liable for missed tasks or indirect damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll text you a short notice.
