Hey Babe Privacy Policy
Last updated October 16, 2026. Hey Babe is a product of TurnNet Labs LLC.
What we collect
Your mobile number, the name you give us (optional), the texts you send to Hey Babe, and the items, notes, and photos you put on your list.
Location (app only, if you allow it): the places you save (like home, work, or a store) are stored so everyone you choose can be reminded there. Your phone watches for those places on the device; we don't track where you go. When you arrive at or leave a saved place, your phone tells our server which place it was so we can show the right reminder and, if you allow it, let your household know you're at that store.
App alerts: a device token from Apple or Google so we can send notifications. Purchases: Apple or Google tell us which plan you bought and when it renews. We never see your card details.
How we use it
Only to run your list: saving items, texting your list and reminders to you and the people in your household, and helping you when you ask for support. We use an AI service to understand what your texts mean (for example, that "got the milk" checks off milk). That service processes the text only to answer the request. When you use the shared Babe AI chat, the messages in that chat (and your open list items) are sent to our AI provider to write the reply. They are used only to answer you, not to train AI models or sell ads. Everyone on your household list can see the shared chat.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We don't send ads.
Who can see your list
The people in your household who you invited and who replied YES. Our service providers (texting, hosting, storage, push notifications, payments by Apple/Google, and AI processing) handle data only to run Hey Babe.
Deleting your data
In the app, go to Settings and tap Delete my account to delete your account right away (if nobody else shares your list, your whole list, places, and photos are deleted too). Reply STOP to stop all messages. You can also email hello@turnnet.network with your number and we'll delete your data within 30 days.
We don't use your data for ads or tracking across other apps or websites.
